In this beautiful, polished community, you'll be treated to your own shaded patios and access to a refreshing swimming pool at the community clubhouse. Upon entering this ground-floor townhome, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, and a private laundry room to your immediate left. Passing through a desert-inspired foyer will bring you into the main living area - an open and breezy space with soft carpeting, a stucco fireplace, and a large sectional sofa positioned in front of a streaming-capable flatscreen TV. To one side of the living room is a dining room table with seats for six and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. To the other are glass doors that lead outside to the first shaded patio, a delightful place to recline in a rocking chair with a cold drink in hand. The primary bedroom suite enjoys access to the same patio, while both guest bedrooms have access to a second patio.
