This claaassic (sexy-classic) Mid-Century Modern has been fully revitalized, we brought out her modern essence. Our one-of-a-kind estate showcases a huge Resort backyard w/ luxurious pool & spa, truly spectacular mountain views, sunrises & sunsets. With 3BD, 3BA, and ~2200ft² of living space, the home is suitable for families or groups looking to have fun under the desert sun!
I love travel, reading, real estate, and spending time with friends and family. As your personal concierge, your Superhost, Sergio, is available to answer questions and handle concerns throughout your stay. Guests are welcome to communicate with their Host through either the Airbnb app or directly on his mobile (guests will receive their Yale Smart Lock code from Sergio's cell directly).
The BANK is located just outside of Indian Canyons Golf Resort, in one of the most highly coveted sections of Palm Springs, nestled between The Mesa and Araby Cove...this affords us the luxury of having the nearby mountain range block most of the heavy winds. Our neighbors are very warm and hospitable. They've been part of the revitalization process of this home for the past 3 years. They've cultivated a beautiful, peaceful, orderly, and active community. You'll see them out walking, jogging, bike-riding, and walking their dogs all day long. It is our primary focus that our neighbors are respected and not disturbed. This is a VERY serious concern. We've included information about City of Palm Springs ordinances and our House Rules throughout this profile. The primary ordinances to always remain cognizant of regard noise disturbances, and occupancy & parking limits. There are several beautiful homes nearby, Sierra Way is where you'll find iconic homes like the Pink Door house, among many others...evening walks are highly recommended.
