These guest rooms have easy access to the peaceful and private front balcony overlooking the goings on of the property. Parkton Place also offers 2 apartments. One apartment is a mother-in-law 2-bedroom off of the back deck. It has steep stairs. The deck overlooks the garden like backyard. The backyard neighbors the horses and other animals inhabiting the property. The back deck also has a view of the 1-acre pond with small beach for lounging, swimming and kayaking. The Barn Apt best suits guests looking for an "experience". The Barn Apartment sits above a working barn. This apartment is not only a room, but an experience. The Barn Apt has 2 bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. The back bedroom has 2 queen beds and the front bedroom has a queen and a single bed in them. The Barn Apt has a modest kitchen with a sink, microwave, griddle, and blender. If there is something you need or want, let us know! We likely have it readily available. With double doors open, this room has the most magnificent view of the farm. The farm is 30 acres of an eclectic collection of farm animals, pond, woods, and wide open spaces.
