The east end of the beach is known for its laid back atmosphere with lots of restaurants & things to do. You won’t forget your time in this romantic beach retreat for two. Note: There is room for additional an individual/twin couch bed. Private entrance wi/free parking. This is a brand new modern tiny house (300 sq. ft. with small loft) set in a beach community in the Lower Grand Lagoon/Crescent Beach area - Panama City Beach, Florida. Renters of the Blue Umbrella have their own slice of coastal heaven 3 Blocks from the gulf and 1 block from the lagoon. It has a private walkway, deck (my favorite), outdoor shower & living space that gives the renters a sense of privacy and a peaceful place to rest after a playful day in the water and sand. Bedroom: The bedroom is separated from the living room area. This is a one bedroom with a queen bed, open closet concept, a cabinet with 2 drawers. The skylight windows makes the house feel sunny and light. Living Room: There is a living room area with a seat that pulls out into a bed or chaise. The table opens to seat 2, 4, or 6 ppl. and can serve as a desk, small eating table for two or a larger guest table for dinner, games or cards. A 50" HD Fire TV is located in the LR. The A/C is cold. Kitchenette: The kitchenette has open shelving with a full dining service for 4. There is also an outdoor set with wine glasses so feel free to sit and enjoy the night air with a glass of wine. Pots and pans for the hot plate are also provided. A blender, bowls, measuring cups, a knife set and homewares are provided. Bathroom: The bathroom has a large shower. A blow dryer is provided. There are two full sets of towels and soap/TP.

My name is Lori. I am a teacher. I have two adult children and a spoiled cockapoo names: Butterscotch. I am from Florida, but lived in Italy for almost a decade. I love everything outdoors. The is a quaint beach community. This is the quiet east most side of the beach. There are mostly small beach houses close to the gulf. There are condos on the beach, but not hotels. People live and play here. The boat ramp is 1/2 block down from the home. The marina is 4 blocks down. The gulf is 3 blocks. We have lots of great restaurants from the famous Captain Anderson's to little beach dives and famous local beach bars like Schooners. Its the perfect get-away for singles, couples or a sister/friend trip.
