Welcome to this fully-equipped and professionally-cleaned studio that is part of an attached two-unit property with its own private entrance. This family-oriented residential neighborhood is safe, quiet, and conveniently located near LAX, SoFi Stadium, beaches, and Palos Verdes’ hiking trails. This home also has free easy-to-find street-parking, and swift access to the 405 freeway to take you to Santa Monica, Downtown LA, or Orange County. Perfect for business travelers, tourists, and locals!

Located in a safe family-oriented neighborhood near LAX, but not under the flight path, this studio provides a quiet and private place where you can relax in peace from a day’s worth of work or fun! Best way to get around from this location is by car/Uber.
