The Ferry House is a newly renovated apartment in the coolest neighborhood of West Seattle, North Admiral. Its unique interior design merges traditional and modern aesthetics inspired by West Seattle's strong character, its colors, flavors and the proximity to the water. Much intentionality was put into the design to ensure the space was used creatively and efficiently featuring vintage and contemporary furniture, eclectic wallpapers and hand-picked books from Washington State best writers. We partner with local artists to create a fun and inspiring space to help you collect unforgettable memories. Enjoy a trip to downtown Seattle in the super close water taxi (no car needed), have a night in playing board games or check out our curated list of the best places to eat, drink and play nearby. The Ferry House is located in West Seattle’s neighborhood North Admiral. Enjoy beautiful water views from the moment you step out of the house, walk to the Ferry Station that’s only a 6min walk. Go to the boardwalk with breathtaking views of the city on your way to popular Alki Beach. Immerse yourself in the food scene of WS with a short walk to California Ave and enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee, local beers, amazing food and get the night started in one of our hip speakeasies.
