With the bay beach a mile away and the Atlantic beach only two and a half miles away, your perfect cape escape awaits for your group or family to enjoy. This lovely property feels very secluded with its fenced-in yard and tree-lined borders but is walkable to all the essentials including coffee, breakfast, multiple local eateries including ice cream shops, bike rentals, and the scenic bike trail. The convenient location is highly sought-after, being an easy drive out to Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown for entertainment like the 40 wineries with live entertainment around the area. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, carrying on great conversations with your loved ones, or streaming your favorite movies on the TV. Gather together around the formal dining table to share stories around a home-cooked meal, or challenge each other to a board game. For the more outdoorsy types, there is a private boat ramp for guests to use close to the home for use. Many guests also enjoy hiking and biking around town. The chef of the group will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances. With six beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. For those who need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is available with a desk and chair. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
