Roy Burchfield has lived in the Lake Conroe/Montgomery Texas community for over 30 years and he takes great pride in maintaining his properties and creating space for you, your family, and friends, making sure you have everything you need throughout your stay with us. Roy has had rental properties for 20+ years and has been growing his Short Stay Rental business since 2019. A SuperHost and Premier Host, Roy and his Team are readily available to answer any questions and/or assist before, during, and after your stays. Roy and his wife, Kelly, live nearby in downtown Montgomery at their Train Depot Home and their Forest Home just north of Montgomery in the Sam Houston National Forest with their sweet English Bull Terrier, Juno.

This property is unique in many ways and tucked away, yet conveniently located near Lake Conroe. Sleeps a total of 6 people w/ 1 king upstairs in master, 2 queens in 2 bedrooms downstairs, and if you plan on one or two more guests joining you, a queen air mattress can be provided upon request. This property also has a private swimming POOL on-site to enjoy along with a small fire pit and grill! There are smart TVs in all 3 bedrooms & the living room with Roku. There's a boat ramp in our neighborhood to use upon request, but please let us know prior to check-in, so we may leave a boat ramp pass for you. While staying with us, you also have access to the Host’s main property in the neighborhood nearby that sits on 5 acres totally fenced in and gated with a private swimming pond, sand volleyball, corn hole, horseshoes, outdoor grills, etc. Just let us know, if this is of interest to you, and we will tell you what you need to do for access. LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon @ no charge Until 2pm at 45_Until 6pm @ 75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping. Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction). ** There is a required pet fee of fifty dollars, per pet to be paid at check-in.** *** We require pets to be placed in their kennel when leaving them unattended. We ask that you bring a blanket or towel if they will be on the furniture. *Smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas.

If you are planning a social gathering during your stay, but guests paid for and disclosed at time of booking will be the only overnight stays allowed, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in, and additional fees per person 'may' apply depending on the number of additional people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering or event. Again, we do allow social gatherings and want everyone to have a great time, while staying with us, but we do REQUIRE NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO CHECK-IN and the Host's final approval. Please also note this property is restricted to a maximum of 15 additional guests for any social gathering for any period of time. The 15 additional guests are in addition to the number of guests that are disclosed and paid for in your reservation. We’re conveniently located in a neighborhood across from Waterpoint Shopping Center and Marina on Lake Conroe. Here you will find several, nice dining options like Monty’s Lighthouse Cajun Bar & Grill, Akashi Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar, Fajita Jacks, CVS pharmacy, Marble Slab, Bar Lago, etc.
