You may check in as early as 4pm and must check out by 10am. - Home is on the main channel of the lake with year around water access, however the TVA controls the lake level so there are times when the water level does not float to dock. - For your convenience, we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - No RV or Trailer parking. - Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal.
