Primazzo Stays has been in the Short Term Rental business since 2017 We like to connect with guests, in person or using the platform. Whatever is more comfortable to them. Fast responses are my focus.

Property information

This is a VERY COOL piece of property. Close to Everything, Midtown Shoppes, Miami Design District, Wynwood, Miami Beach (5 min across the causeway), Downtown Miami. It is a beautiful center garden building with only 16 units. All services included (no hidden charges), electricity, water, high speed internet. Fully furnished, confy beds, nice sheets, fluffy pillows and towels. Kitchen is well equipped. Coin Washer and Dryer just for guests Stay with us ! You will DEFINITELY come back again.

Neighbourhood information

We are close to everything Midtown Shoppes Wynwood Downtown Miami Miami Beach Miami Design District Lots of restaurants and night life Uber and Lyft are readily available and very inexpensive due to close proximity.
