Additionally, we are conveniently close to Hollywood and Universal Studios, accessible within approximately 25 minutes by car or by a convenient Metro ride. For those seeking a magical escape, Disneyland is a mere 45 minutes away. It's no surprise that many of our guests have affiliations with prestigious institutions like JPL, Caltech, City of Hope, and Occidental.

The residence stands out for its exceptional assortment of 1920s Batchelder tiles, renowned for their artistry and historical significance. William Batchelder, a prominent artisan in the American Arts and Crafts Movement, left his mark as a tile maker and made significant contributions as the founder of the esteemed Pasadena Playhouse.
