The fully fenced yard and deck offer privacy and peace of mind for both kids and pets. Just steps away, enjoy 100 feet of private beachfront where you can harvest oysters and clams, splash in the water, or watch eagles and seals in their natural habitat. An outdoor shower is located near the detached guest house for rinsing off after a beach day. We’re happy to welcome well-behaved, house-trained, flea-free dogs! Please clean up after them and avoid excessive barking. The fenced yard and deck help keep pets safe, though small dogs may squeeze through gaps in the fence. If taking your pup to the beach, dog boots are highly recommended to protect their paws from sharp oyster shells. Inside, the home offers vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and abundant natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Sleeping arrangements include: One private bedroom in the main house A sleeper sofa in the living room A second private bedroom in the detached guest house Three overhead ceiling fans—located in the main bedroom, living room, and guest house—add extra comfort.
