About the Property Welcome to The Riv at Zion, your modern desert retreat just 15 miles from the main entrance of Zion National Park. Tucked into the peaceful town of Virgin, Utah, our thoughtfully designed tiny homes offer the perfect mix of comfort, privacy, style, and wide-open views that stretch from red cliffs to starlit skies. Guests love the clean, contemporary interiors with high ceilings, oversized windows, and a smart, cozy layout. Each unit features a private bedroom with a king-size bed and a 58" TV, a low-ceiling loft with two twin beds (designed with your kids in mind), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, where you'll also find a 65" TV for your binge-watching pleasure after a day on the trails. Now let’s talk kitchen — because yes, we believe tiny homes should still let you cook big. Each unit comes with a full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, and oven (so yes, you can bake cookies in the desert). You’ll also find a coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, wine glasses, and silverware, plus basic spices and oils- everything you need to whip up a trail snack or a full-on family feast. If you can’t cook here, you’re not trying. Enjoy blazing fast WiFi, spa-inspired bathrooms with glass showers, and peaceful outdoor areas perfect for sunrise coffee or stargazing under some of the darkest skies in Utah.
