Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat. It is one block to the beach access, yet very tranquil and quiet. Going to Carolina Beach or Kure Beach boardwalk is only a 5-minute drive in either direction. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own ensuite bath and another full bath upstairs off of the main living area. Peekaboo ocean views off the top deck in this unique condominium spanning 3 floors. Traveling Nurses and Doctors welcome to reach out about extended stay. The space 1 King (Master) and 2 Queen Bedrooms all with private bathrooms and a 4th full bath upstairs for guests to share. Dining room, Kitchen and Living Area are all on the third floor with a private deck and outside eating area and gas grill. Master Bed and Bath, and another bed and bath are on the second level, and the third bedroom is on the lower level along with washer and dryer. If having more than 6 people, there is access to an inflatable queen mattress that can be used for 2 extra guests. Guest access Entire Condo all to yourself - 3 Levels and 2 Decks Other things to note - Fully furnished spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining space - Master bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom and balcony with porch swing - The two secondary bedrooms have queen beds and private bathrooms - Has outdoor shower with hot/cold water - Be sure to enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two balconies, top balcony with a peekaboo view of the ocean - Free high-speed Wi-Fi - can connect to any of your apps from home - Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs - For coffee lovers we have a Keurig with pods/creamer - Smart Tv’s in living room and all 2 of 3 bedrooms - Washer and dryer - Central air conditioning/heat - Ceiling fans in all rooms - Towels and linens are provided - Beach chairs, wagon and boogie boards are located in the front of the garage -Extra fridge in the garage for overflow drinks or food Please ask if you don't see something you need and I will see what I can do!

Very quiet area yet close to Kure Beach Pier (1 mile) and to Carolina Beach Boardwalk (1.5 miles). Easy beach access at the end of Oceanview Avenue which is a 4-minute walk from the front door of the unit. Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk is a 30-minute drive and there are parking garages and some free street parking as well. What to see in the area: Carolina Beach/Kure Beach, situated along the beautiful shores of the Atlantic, they are vibrant coastal communities known for their diverse entertainment offerings. The Carolina Beach Boardwalk has a cluster of thrilling rides and attractions to choose from, visitors can indulge in a sense of nostalgia as they spin on the iconic Ferris Wheel or take a ride on the beautifully crafted Carousel. In addition to the rides, visitors can also enjoy mini golf, live music performances on the stage and in the restaurants or take in the free fireworks shows that light up the summer sky over the Atlantic. (Weekly during the peak months of May to September). Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a destination that will leave a lasting impression on you and your family and a must see when visiting the area. A highly anticipated event each year is the Carolina Beach Music Festival, which features live performances from iconic beach music bands. Every Saturday around the Carolina Beach Lake you will find various artists and vendors with handmade goods for sale or flea market style sales going on during the summer months. In the winter months there are also places you should not miss like the Fat Pelican bar or Soul Flavor restaurant. When the tourist season is not upon us, island restaurants have off season deals. What a great way to try the fabulous cuisine that the island offers! Kure Beach offers the Kure Beach fishing pier as well as the pier shop and various restaurants and bars. You can fish 24 hours a day from the pier and the cost is very reasonable for one day/rod. Great way to unwind!
