This property has lovingly been maintained in the family for 25 years. It is a duplex very close to the beach. Take a two minute walk -- just past 4 houses and your feet are in the sand! It is very near convenient services -- many of which are walking distance. The property features a ever-so-comfy heated pool, which feels great on any cool nights. The buildign is a 2-unit duplex. The ground-floor unit is available for rent, which is called "Pineapple House." It is a 3 bed 2 bathroom ground-floor unit with extremely convenient access to the pool and spacious lanai with a gas grill and a large picnic table for family meals and gatherings near the pool. The upper level duplex unit is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. It is a completely separate unit with a separate entrance offering you full privacy for all living spaces. The only shared areas are the pool and laundry. There is a quiet individual who helps with the maintenance that stays upstairs. He stays away from swimming or using the grill while guests rent the downstairs so it seems like you are predominantly by yourself when you stay in the lower duplex unit. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood right across the street from the beach. There is a great local ice cream shoppe around the corner. It is a 5 minute drive from grocery. There are several fun near area attractions: Cocoa Beach pier, Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island nature preserve, Port Canaveral cruise line point of departure, USSSA Space Coast baseball/softball complex. Disney World is about 55 minutes away. Come and have fun at these attractions and then recharge on the beach or in the heated pool.
