THE LOCATION: The Summit offers the perfect getaway year-round. Whether you are skiing, snowboarding, hiking, chasing fall foliage, or enjoying the vibrant summer and spring activities, the options are endless. Within minutes, you can be on the slopes, sledding, or sipping a beverage at the 5506’ Sky Bar. Average summer temps are ~75 degrees which is why we have personal fans and ceiling fans to keep you cool. No AC is allowed in our building.
