Guest accounts are available to watch your favorite series or movies on streaming services. The sunroom includes banquette seating around a small table, perfect for a game of checkers or chess. A completely unique addition is the new speakeasy. Preacher’s Pub is secretly hidden behind a bookcase and is a comfortable and charming place to spend an evening "away" without leaving the house! The media room features a large comfy sectional and 70” smart TV. The well-stocked, adjacent snack room includes a stainless-steel fridge and microwave. Enjoy some free candy and popcorn! Our resident decoy “houBED & BATH The suite on the1st floor features a queen bed, a quiet reading nook, outdoor access & en-suite bathroom. 3 BRs comprise the 2nd floor. With a private balcony & a window seat, the 2nd BR is a dreamy retreat. Rest easy on a full-size bed. The 3rd BR has a pair of twin beds, while the 4th BR is furnished with a queen bed & sitting area. The 2nd -floor guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, double vanity, and a Bluetooth speaker integrated into the ceiling light. An additional half bath provides added convenience.

Enjoy the sea air on the rooftop deck, with views of the Atlantic, marshes, and a tidal river. Lounge chairs and a dining table for four provide plenty of seating. A small beach is just steps away. There are beach towels (located in the linen closet on the second floor) and beach chairs 4 low-seaters (non-reclining) and 4 adjustable/reclining chairs. Explore the neighborhood on the 4 provided bikes. (2 cruisers, 2 Mt bikes.) and a kayak.
