Three Sisters is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family home with private pool located mid-island on Tybee, just a short 3 block stroll from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Guests will enjoy being in such close proximity to the south-end beach district but still set back in a more residential setting. The home is situated on a corner lot and is also a perfect location from which to take a stroll west around the Back River district of Tybee. The home features beautiful heart pine floors and a large open kitchen with island and breakfast bar. The dining table seats 6, and the Breakfast bar has bar seating for 6. The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area and features ample seating, a flat-screen TV, an electric fireplace to add a warm glow in winter, and a sleeper sofa. The screened porch on the main level is the perfect place for relaxation and enjoying the island breezes after taking a dip in the pool or enjoying dinner at the outdoor table. There is table seating for up to 6 on the screened porch. The first primary bedroom is located on the main level and is furnished with a King size bed and has an attached full bath with tub and shower combination. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The other three bedrooms, including the primary bedroom, are located on the second floor. Upstairs, the spacious second primary bedroom features a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private screened-in porch, perfect for morning coffee breaks.
