A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. At home, you'll find plenty of space to unwind with your group. Sip refreshing beverages on the balcony, which boasts golf course views, a four-person table, and a gas grill. Inside, relax in the living area and stream favorite TV shows or play a board game at the dining table that seats six. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a bar that seats four, the modern kitchen features everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Central AC adds comfort throughout the space. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. Streaming is available using your own accounts.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
