On the grounds, you'll find two beachfront pools, a sundeck, a hot tub, tennis courts, and a gym for your morning workouts. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts. Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is immediately east, while the many restaurants, shops, and attractions of Miramar Beach await all along the Emerald Coast Parkway. This condo sits on the west face of the resort, greeting you as you enter with central air-conditioning and a wall of glass framing the balcony, the city around you, and a peek of the Gulf. It's a wonderful space for spending time with your loved ones, whether you're preparing meals in the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, reading the newspaper at the breakfast bar, or sitting down for a homemade dinner in the formal dining area illuminated by a mirrored wall. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
