This home away from home has been freshly painted, inside and out, to provide you with nothing but excellence. Upon entering this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan with solid hardwood (pine) flooring throughout. Spread out comfortably in the inviting living area, furnished with cozy sofas and a smart TV while the chef of the group prepares exquisite culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The home also offers a screened sunroom with dining and lounge areas - perfect for relaxing after a sun-filled day at the beach! Speaking of the beach, you will also find an outdoor shower that will come in handy for rinsing off. All bedrooms have carpeted floors. The full bathroom has a new vanity and luxury vinyl tile floors. Additional perks include a stacked washer/dryer. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The half bath is located outside next to the screened porch. It is not heated. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
