This condo enjoys a prime position in Trail Creek - up on the second floor (with no noise above) and within sight of the ski trail about 30 feet away. The neighboring Trail Creek Amenities Building is home to an indoor pool, hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness center, and a game room with a pool table and arcade games. The lifts at Snowshed Lodge, the Killington Golf Course, and the Killington Adventure Center are all less than half a mile west. Step inside to be greeted by a lofty living space with generous seating and large windows at every turn. It's a contemporary-yet-comfortable space, where you can watch movies by the wood-burning fireplace, play board games at the dining room table, or cook together in a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all sorts of bonus tools. The condo is also specially outfitted to relax you after a day of adventure, whether that means sipping cold drinks on the patio, retreating to the upstairs sauna, or unwinding in the jetted bathtub. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
