Located between San Jose and Santa Cruz, it's just 12 miles to the beaches and famous boardwalk, with attractions like Loch Lomond Reservoir and Quail Hollow Ranch right near this Tree Top View Cabin. Leave all the hubbub behind and unwind at this charming retreat in the woods. Three flights of stairs assure a gorgeous view, but they also might be difficult for those with any mobility issues. But once you reach the welcoming front porch, you'll have a perfect outdoor spot for reading a book or sipping morning coffee. This Felton cabin boasts tall ceilings, a woodstove, comfortable furniture, and even WiFi so you can stay in touch. Entertainment amenities include cable TV and a DVD player so you'll be able to gather everyone around for an after-dinner movie. You'll have a full kitchen for delicious vacation. At night there are two bedrooms with a queen and a full bed, and one full bathroom. Up to four guests will be able to stay comfortably here.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
