Welcome to our charming tiny house nestled in the heart of nature! Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse yourself in the serene beauty of our retreat. Surrounded by towering trees, our cozy abode is frequented by a variety of wildlife, from playful squirrels to majestic deer, graceful turkeys, and melodious birds. Perfect for nature lovers seeking a peaceful getaway, our tiny house offers a one-of-a-kind experience that you won’t find anywhere else. The Tiny Home is located at the rear of the property next to the pole barn overlooking the backyard and nature scenery. The letter #C is marked on the home. Please note: there is not a shower or bathtub in the house, but there is warm water, hand towels, and wash cloths for use. The couch turns into a bed, it is a futon sofa bed. It opens up to 42" inches wide by 71" long. For cooking, there is a microwave, toaster and disposable dish-ware. Marshmallow/hot dog sticks are also provided. The home is 128 sqft. A railroad is next to the property, within about 70ft. The train typically comes through around 4-5 pm every day. The horn blows as it approaches the nearby road to warn passersby. This property is home to many different tree species, such as persimmon, apple, peach, cherry, and sugar maples, which are tapped to make maple
