The home has three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-sized poster bed; another has two double beds, and the third has a queen bed and a twin. There are full-sized bathrooms. The living room is huge, with plenty of room for each member of the group to stretch out after a long day in the waves. The dining room has a six-top dining table. There is a full kitchen with all the appliances of home. Outside there is a wrap-around, screened-in porch with patio furniture. There are two outdoor showers to wash off the sand before going inside. This house is oriented toward families. A crib is available for infants, and there are two high chairs for toddlers as well. The walk to the beach is a mere 10 minutes–it is a 2-minute drive. Guests may rent a golf cart for the duration of their stay and take it everywhere on the island. For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this. The City of Tybee Island has a Noise Ordinance in place to ensure the peace and tranquility of our island. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum during these hours. We encourage all guests to be good neighbors by respecting the privacy and property of those around you. Keep noise levels down, obey local ordinances, and be considerate of your fellow guests and residents. No parties or events are allowed in the house without prior permission from the homeowner.
