Floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings allow for ample sunshine and stunning forest views in the great room. Kick back on the plush sectional and stream new Netflix releases on the 60-inch TV. The gas-burning fireplace creates additional allure. Newly updated with a full suite of high-end, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the kitchen is sure to delight any home chef. When it's time to eat, share home-cooked meals around the table for eight. Sip morning coffee on the plush love seat on the covered porch and rejuvenate in the back deck's private hot tub any time at all. The deck also features a comfy sectional, a gas grill, an outdoor table, an umbrella and space heater, and mountain and filtered lake views. Of the three lovely bedrooms, all have en suite bathrooms. THINGS TO KNOW Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
