The main level features an updated kitchen with granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and cherry wood cabinetry. The adjacent living room is surrounded by natural light spilling in from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Warm up and unwind in front of the brand new wood-burning stove, flip on your favorite TV show or movie, and stretch out on the cool leather seating. High-speed internet ensures that everyone can stream, call, and work remotely with ease. Also, on this level, you'll find two sizable bedrooms and a bathroom. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
