Property information

Vacation in Paradise. Swim all you can swim in a large screened in pool. Absolutely adorable & cozy family pool home. Large Living room, Formal dining room, Formal living room/office, completely equipped kitchen with all the chefs needs to cook delicious meals. Master has a large garden tub and closet. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining, Pine Lakes Golf course and only minutes from the beach. Whether you are coming for a week or for a month you will enjoy your wonderful vacation. This home will easily accommodate up to 6 people. Pets are welcome $100 per pet fee will apply. Pool has been converted to Salt Water. Please note: Pool is not solar heated or heated. There are two bicycles located in the garage for your use. Spend the day swimming or relaxing. Crescent, Flagler, St. Augustine, Daytona, and Beverly beaches are all within 12-30 minutes of the home, so you'll get to enjoy plenty of time in the Florida sunshine.
