In the summer, mountain biking and hiking trails are innumerable, making the most of the gorgeous scenery. There's an array of local eateries, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions to keep everyone busy in town! Inside you'll find a full-wood interior with plenty of natural light, as the windows were purposely built to take in the views. The vaulted ceiling helps give the place an airy and welcoming ambiance, as well as boasting and open-floor plan so nobody has to miss out on conversation. Gather round the wood-burning stove to keep warm while you host a movie night or Netflix marathon. Challenge your group to a fun board game at the dining table, or indulge in grand holiday meals. The chef of the group will love preparing food in the full kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and all the counter space you'll ever need. Sleep comfortably on the soft beds in one of the two bedrooms, or up in the loft, the perfect space for kids to bunk down and have fun. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a roomy shower. The wrap-around deck provides a front-row seat to the divinity of the Colorado forestry, the quiet nature of Valley of the sun, and the perfect view for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
