Chic beach bungalow in a quiet area steps from the canals and a 5 minute walk to the beach and Abbott Kinney Blvd. 3 large bedrms and two full baths, one with a jacuzzi tub. Modern white kitchen with lots of cook space, and dining table for five. Roomy living room with post modern furniture. Quiet oasis of a backyard acts as another living room, with dining area for six, large new couch and more seating, TV, BBQ and stunning gas fire pit. Make this your Venice oasis. Can book vrbo if unable here. I do live in the home when not rented, so my personal effects are present (some clothes, books, pictures, etc), but I try to create some space for my guests' clothes and belongings.If you cannot book here, you should try Airbnb or VRBO.
Working full time as a healthcare marketing executive, and travelling a lot, I love hosting guests in my beautiful home. I love knowing it is being enjoyed when I am away. I love to share my local knowledge of favorite hikes, restaurants, surf breaks and shops. The entire home is yours, but I am always available for questions via text or phone, and on occasion, I attempt to greet my guests and give them a tour and provide local knowledge.
The world famous Venice canals are a one minute walk across Ocean Avenue. the Venice Beach, both the pier and strand and quiet residential parts of the beach are 1/3 mile away, 8 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet, family/professionally oriented. Mine is a walking neighborhood, to great gourmet supermarket Erewhon, to the beach, to the canals, to the hipster shops and gourmet restaurants of Abbott Kinney, voted the most hip street in America by Travel & Leisure magazine. There is a local shop called the Canal shop where you can get your morning coffee and evening wine and cheese.
