The Space Mid-century architecture with Southwestern design flair makes Villa Amaris an inviting and relaxing retreat, inside and out. This thoughtfully designed home features 2 bedrooms with California King beds, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious living room, office/den, Sonos sound system, record player, multiple outdoor seating areas, pool, hot tub, fire pit, and central AC throughout. The open kitchen, dining, and living areas overlook the lush green yard and sparkling saltwater pool. The fully stocked modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, multiple coffee makers, and an outdoor BBQ. The kitchen island doubles as a focal point for meal prep, apps, and drinks, while the dining area naturally extends the flow. The vintage-inspired living room offers deep, comfortable seating with a large sofa, classic mid-century lounge chair, Smart TV, and newly added clerestory windows. Primary Bedroom: California King bed, ensuite bath with walk-in rain shower, double closet, and private seating area.
