Check-ins are Saturday to Saturday Located in North Topsail Beach, NC, The Villa Capriani Resort brings extravagance to Topsail Island. Villa Capriani is a condominium complex located oceanfront with a scenic multi-level courtyard with palm trees, large sun decks, three swimming pools, a waterfall, two hot tubs, and even a kidpool! Villa Capriani is known to have the largest swimming pool on the Coast of North Carolina. There is also a tennis court available for guests across the street, and a restaurant, Splash by the Sea, located on site. The Villa is within walking distance of the Sea View fishing pier & restaurant. Enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean from this uniquely designed 1,500 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo at Villa Capriani! This unit has gorgeous ocean views from the covered balcony, even with the pier in sight. Included is a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The living room is spacious and leads into the bright, airy bedroom with a queen-sized bed. There is a king bedroom and a full bath down the hall. There are also 2 bunkbeds in the kids room,with a double twin bunkbed and a twin/full bunkbed and a second full bath close by. Another queen bedroom contains a private full bath. This condo delivers enough sleeping space for all and plenty of room to enjoy quiet time after a busy beach day. North Topsail Beach is a family-oriented beach where non-stop fun and relaxation are both welcome. The beaches offer a sense of seclusion as crowds are rare and traffic is never heavy. Topsail Island is called "Mayberry by the Sea". If you are lucky enough or old enough to remember the Andy Griffith show you will understand what that means. North Topsail Beach is mainly residential, and short drive for the hustle and bustle of Surf City. On this part of the Island, you can just sit back, and relax while the beaches wash away the stress of everyday life. You and your family can visit the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital where you can see the hard work, they put in rescuing injured Sea Turtles to one day be released back into the Ocean. Spend an hour or so going through the "Missiles and More" museum learning about Topsail's rich history: Operation Bumblebee, the neighboring Marine Corp base(s) and Pirates. It is said that Blackbeard launched some of his attacks from the shallow inlets of Topsail Island, and legend has it that Topsail Island was named by merchant captains who learned to spot the highest masts (also known as: Tops’ls), of the pirate ships in order to outrun the looters. But, of course, what you are really here for are the beautiful, unspoiled wide sandy beaches. Whether you are in North Topsail Beach to catch rays or catch some fish both can easily be accomplished. The warm ocean water will welcome you to take a dip. Our beaches are known for finding treasure, maybe not pirate's gold but you can certainly find some shells, shark's teeth and if you are luck a beautiful piece of frosted sea glass.
