Brand NEW home in New Development. This villa has ample space for the entire family. The living area is ideal for spending evenings together while watching a movie on the smart TV or relax in the evening overlooking the beautiful pool deck . Quick & Easy access to the Withlacoochee State Bike Trail. Located in a new & upcoming neighborhood that is still in development phase. There are no paved roads yet. This home is strictly pet & smoke free. Pool can be heated for additional charge.
