Our listing REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. We do provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener + decaf + tea - as well as a starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels new and starters of toilet paper, non stick cooking spray as well as Salt & Pepper - though not unlimited and not replenished. All towels and linens are also provided - crisp white.
