This is the main house of this 3-unit compound and the main home unit offers 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, accommodating your group comfortably. Both bedrooms feature comfortable Queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One bedroom includes a window and a closet, while the other provides a TV for your entertainment. The bathroom has been recently upgraded with a new single sink vanity and a glass enclosed shower. There is an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, creating a modern and functional space for your culinary adventures. Enjoy your meals in the dining area, conveniently located within the kitchen. For your convenience, a small utility room at the back of the house houses a stackable washer and dryer, allowing you to refresh your beach towels or clothes. Step outside to the back patio, complete with a set of chairs and a table, where you can relax and soak up the outdoors. While the main house offers privacy, it shares a small parking lot in the front with the studio suite, as well as a courtyard and BBQ area. A driveway leads back to the guest cottage, ensuring easy access to each unit within the compound.
