Private bathroom depending on availability. Enjoy walking distance to the neighborhood beach! Quiet neighborhood where you may stroll down to the river with your cup of coffee to enjoy the water view and sunsets! 5 mins to Narragansett Beach, 15 to Newport. Bonus game room with queen futon, and private deck. Minisplits in every room for cooling/heating comfort. Laundry in unit. Bedding provided, you just bring your towels!
