Enjoy walking distance to the neighborhood beach! Quiet neighborhood where you may stroll down to the river with your cup of coffee to enjoy the water view and sunsets! 5 mins to Narragansett Beach, 15 to Newport. 3 bedroom home with bonus game room and queen futon, and private deck. Minisplits in every room for cooling/heating comfort. Laundry in unit. Bedding provided, you just bring your towels!
