This smartly renovated 1 bedroom 1.5 bath house is the perfect setting for a relaxing mountain getaway. Listen to the sound of water rushing by as you settle into the serenity of the great outdoors. Winter may have snow and you MUST be prepared with chains and may need to walk to the home from the parking area. We provide starter coffee and tea for your stay Dog Rules: *Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time *Pets are 20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable 150 pet deposit after booking. * Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest from pet deposit amount. *Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A 50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture. *Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found *Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times *Failure to follow any pet rules will result in forfeiting your pet deposit
