Property information

Beachside Boaters Bungalow is located in the Treasure Beach community of Saint Augustine. The home is located on a salt-water canal minutes away from the beach, intracoastal, and downtown Saint Augustine. You can bring your own boat or enjoy the kayaks waiting for you on the private floating dock in the backyard! Location just a short 10 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Intracoastal, and downtown Saint Augustine is only 7 miles away!

Neighbourhood information

Treasure Beach is located directly in between the Ocean and the Intracoastal in the southern portion of Saint Augustine, FL. A family-friendly and safe neighborhood and the only neighborhood in the county located with homes on salt-water canals that lead to the Intracoastal. Once known as a quaint fishing village it now boasts homes that range from modest to wealthy. You can walk from one end and reach the intracoastal all the way to the other end and cross A1A Beach Blvd to reach the ocean. We hope you enjoy our little neighborhood! Private parking the driveway. You can walk to the intracoastal from our road and you can walk to the beach from our neighborhood to the Beach Walkover designated for our neighborhood.
