Waterfront Lake House that offers 100 feet of water frontage w/ dock. There are 2 decks overlooking the water along with an enclosed sunroom to enjoy the beautiful views of Oneida Lake. The house has an open floor plan that has a spacious gourmet kitchen that is open to the dining room & living room. This house is one of a kind offers very large park-like backyard. It has over 30 fruit trees and a grape arbor! Great home for all seasons! Perfect location for fisherman and dock available to use.
