Penthouse top floor location with priority parking, elevator location, garbage disposal location. 180 degree ocean view including pales verdes and Catalina island. Thirty day stay or longer required. However, negotiable stays for visitors sight seeing other parts of the country who prefer a home base in the penthouse are acceptable.
30 year owner knowledgeable about location for tours and visitor attractions.
Secure area one block away from police station and one block away from main library. Two blocks away from Whole Foods and neighborhood shopping center. Kincaid Seafood block away. Cheesecake Factory, Panda Express also within walking distance.
