Pristine public beaches, ecological preserves, outlet shopping, golf, Bethany Beach attractions, and other towns (Rehoboth, Lewes, Dewey, Fenwick Island, Chincoteague, Ocean City) are all within easy reach of home. The ideal choice for a group getaway, this five-bedroom beauty comes fully furnished for modern vacation living. The spacious main-floor interior offers plenty of room to spread out, with plush seating and a massive smart TV setting the stage for home entertainment. The roomy full kitchen comes well-equipped for family-style meal prep with ample counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. There's a breakfast bar and an elegant dining area for family-style meals and game nights. A sitting area on the second-floor landing, as well as multiple bedrooms, come equipped with a smart TV for flexible viewing options. An upper and covered lower deck welcomes breezy outdoor dining and lounging; an open-air lower level offers recreation space with a ping-pong table and other games, as well as an outdoor shower.
