We love beach vacations and we love Destin. It is of no wonder we bought all our beach condos in Destin. We alternate between them and rent to our guests. We fall in love with Waterscape Resort because of many amenities inside the resort that made it fun for everybody, the closeness to the beach and the courtyard that is "Dreams come true" for kids. Since you will be renting from owner, you will feel the difference of dealing with someone who knows his condo and cares for it and cares deeply for your satisfaction.

Waterscape Resort is one of the newest Resorts in the Destin/Ft Walton Beach area. It has many amenities and is loved by families. The units are right size with new flooring and custom bunk beds. Stainless Steel appliances and everything you would need for a comfortable family vacation. Waterscape Resort has lazy river, pools and many amenities at the Resort. You would not want to leave the Resort! It is also walking distance from the beach to many restaurants at the Pier. Lot's of activities at the Resort and next to the Resort. Even the hamburgers at the Resort Tiki bar is delicious. Publix Grocery store is also less than half a mile away. Please check all fees before making the reservation. Tiki Bar is closed during Winter months and not all water features may be operational. During cold weather, upper deck pool is heated together with 2 large hot tubs. You may click on the apartment or unit link that you are booking to view the specific unit pictures that you will be booking. This is not a hotel room but a privately owned vacation rental. You go directly to the unit. There is no front desk to check-in. We send a door code for your unit 7 days before check-in. If you have not seen the instructions email, please check your junk or spam folders, if no info is received, please do contact us before your trip. Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Important note: e-signing rental agreement and security deposit hold of your credit card is required before check-in to receive the door code. Please follow instructions to enter your cc number after booking. Security deposit is released a day after check-out if there are no damages. Charges do not include Security deposit hold.

Waterscape Resort is in Ft Walton Beach. There are local restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We are 8 miles to Destin Harbor and to the Crab Island. There is a Publix grocery store closeby. A car is recommended but not necessarily required unless you would like to do sightseeing in the area.
