It is handicap accessible, with a 4-inch rise to get into the house and a handicapped bathroom. There is a 50-inch TV in the living room and 30 inches in one bedroom. The outdoor living area is a favorite most of the year. The 120-inch outdoor screen is perfect for watching your favorite movie or game while sitting in the hot tub or by the fire.

One block away is a park which offers plenty of open space, tennis and playground. High Point University, the premier life skills university in the country is one mile away. A neighborhood convince mart is one block away and the home is one mile from a variety of restaurants including the best seafood restaurant in High Point (Sanibells), grocery stores, Walmart and movie theaters. Other local attractions include the NC Zoo (25 minutes), Greensboro Coliseum and Aquatic Center (25 minutes), the largest furniture store in the world (Furniture Land South, 20 minutes) museums and more. We provide a list of things to do around High Point when checking in. Bus stop is one block away. Property is located less than 1/2 mile from Hwy 311/I-74 which connects High Point to Winston-Salem and Greensboro.
