Welcome to The West Cape Estate. This PET FRIENDLY home is just a short walk from local birding attractions, restaurants, and downtown shopping. When you first arrive at The West Cape Estate, you are greeted by a covered front porch, perfect for your morning coffee. Once inside, you will find a living room and a master bedroom complete with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The first floor is rounded out with an additional full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hallway and two more bedrooms, both with two twin beds. When you head up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen and formal dining room with seating for the whole gang. The second floor also has a comfy family room with a gas fireplace for night-time relaxing. Off the family room are sliding doors that lead out to the balcony. The second floor is complete with the fourth bedroom which has a Queen bed, another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and the laundry room. The West Cape Estate has a great outdoor living space, from a large back deck, an open backyard, a picnic table and grill. The rental also has an outdoor shower for those after beach showers.
