This is a very special vacation condo as you can enjoy water on both sides. Go out the front door (first floor), cross the street, and you are one of the most widest, most beautiful beaches in the world. Step out the back door and walk fifty feet to a dock where you can fish in the Boca Ciego Bay. We are located walking distance from John's Pass Boardwalk, and conveniently located to a Grocery store and several restaurants. The sunsets on the beach are amazing!!! Important Property Policy – No Extra Guests or Parties We welcome respectful and responsible guests. However, please be advised that extra guests beyond the number on the reservation, large gatherings, or parties are strictly prohibited at this property. If you're looking for a place to host a party or bring additional people, this is not the right place for you. If these rules are violated, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately, even if you have already checked in. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
