Welcome to this one bedroom one and one half waterfront condo that is located in downtown Ocean City, with dozens of restaurants and the famous boardwalk within walking distance. You will not run out of fun things to do! This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, private balcony, and free WiFi. This building offers an outdoor bayside pool, elevator & free parking for 1 car. Occupancy is 6, no smoking, no pets allowed. Linens and towels provided for free for your convenience. Come spend the week where the action is and experience what Ocean City is all about. Enjoy a front-row seat to Old Town Ocean City at this one-bedroom condo located on the bayside. Not only will you be able to walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and an assortment of dining and shopping, you'll be greeted back at home in the afternoons by a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and air conditioning for your comfort. On the bayside grounds of White Marlin, you'll have access to an outdoor pool at the water's edge. The beach, the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, the fishing pier, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! are all just two blocks east, with a number of great restaurants, eateries, shops, bars, and sources of entertainment nearby as well. THINGS TO KNOW Smoking is prohibited. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
