Hang out by the community beach firepit available (permit required) or spend a lazy evening on your well-furnished deck with views of the Crystal River, which is just steps from the door! The carpeted main floor features an inviting living room with a fireplace, a sleeper sofa, a TV with cable, a fully appointed kitchen with all the essentials, and a dining table. The main bedroom is located on the main floor and the loft upstairs offers a spacious bed. There is a full bathroom on each level.
