To add to the entertainment Windemere 1408 provides, there is also a margarita machine, karaoke machine, and a Keurig coffee maker available for guest use. THINGS TO KNOW This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 14. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
