Starter essentials provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish supplies, limited coffee items, five trash bags, and hot tub chlorine. Located off on the south side of Hochatown right off of 259A heading into Beavers Bend Park, Southern Hills is hilly and a heavily treed neighborhood. For more adventurous guests, the neighborhood is great for walking and site seeing.
